We don't usually make news items out of our own competitions, but this one is so special and exciting we figured it would be worth it!

For the next two weeks we'll be running a photography competition on Obernewtyn.net's facebook page, where we're asking you to post any photos you have taken that relate to scenes from the Obernewtyn Chronicles. Mountains, castles, animals, people - anything that reminds you of a moment that happens in the books, whether they be random snaps from your holidays or pictures you've taken specifically for this competition. You can also set up a scene and photograph it.
Isobelle approached us wanting to run a competition on Obernet, and suggested the wonderful prizes. Photos submitted to the facebook page that Isobelle picks / reshares on her own wall will receive a randomly selected edition of one of the Obernewtyn Chronicles books (none will be the current editions). The BIG reason for being excited is that Isobelle has offered that the creator of the winning photo in the competition will receive a printed-out, signed excerpt of The Red Queen, as it currently stands. OH. MY. LUD. For the full details of the competition, and entry requirements, visit the Visions of Obernewtyn competition page.
