Just stumbled across this today, the second half of the Aus version of The Sending which was published like 3 years ago, looks to be published in 27 Jan 2015 (if publication dates can be believed...)! Our poor US friends who have been deprived for so long still have quite a wait to go. Can't begin to imagine why they need to continue to wait, the book is done, what is the hold up? It's just an ebook, it can't be that hard! Though they did only get The Sending earlier this year.
