Argh. I am trying to track down a phrase I read somewhere. It was along the lines of 'I remember last summer, I think it was a Wednesday'. I would bet money on its being one by Douglas Adams, but I don't have any (money that is) and I can't get a copy of the Salmon of Doubt to prove it either way. Although it could easily be in one of his other books too. The point is, I shall be unable to sleep until I track it down. :(
Have you found it yet, Thalia? And can you remember anything other than that line and maybe Douglas Adams?
No, I'm afraid not. My brain has been decidedly unhelpful in this matter. About as enthusiastic as overcooked spaghetti. :-/
I have Salmon of Doubt so I can reread it and let you know if it's in there, Thalia XD Been awhile since I read it.
Thanks Sionainn, it would be great if you could check. :)
Wasn't in Salmon of Doubt, I'm afraid.
Hmm, that's one less place to check then. Thanks for looking Sionainn. :)
Have you found it yet? I have the trilogy of four for Hitchhiker's Guide and it's about time that I re-read them
