[hr][/hr]If you haven't heard, as part of Obernewtyn.net's 15th anniversary, we're accepting writing submissions and producing an anthology to take writers, editors and everyone else who's interested through the entire writing process - from first draft to publication. The anthology will be marketed and sold through Obernewtyn.net and sales from the anthology will help pay for the site's administrative fees.

The theme of the anthology has been discussed for the past few weeks, and a decision has been reached: Misfits! We're all pretty excited about this theme, which we feel leaves room for loads of interpretation in both original prose and poetry submissions, and also captures nicely what brought us all together in the first place.

Now September 1st is upon us, the real work begins! Writers, start your engines; editors, ready your red pens (eep!). Head over to the Obernet Anthology Project forum to find out how you can take part, help us come up with An Official Title for the Anthology, discuss with everyone What Misfit Means to You, and apply to be part of the Editing Committee.
